- License Grant
NoEnd MJ Prompts Generator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a single mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. - Restrictions
You agree not to:
a. Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
b. Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, distribute, or transfer the App or any rights granted under this EULA to any third party.
c. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright notices contained in the App. - Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by NoEnd MJ Prompts Generator or its licensors. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or any of its content. - Updates and Support
NoEnd MJ Prompts Generator may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, bug fixes, or other modifications to the App. This EULA applies to any updates or modifications unless otherwise specified. NoEnd MJ Prompts Generator is under no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. - Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling and deleting the App from your device. NoEnd MJ Prompts Generator may terminate this EULA without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device. - Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NOEND MJ PROMPTS GENERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. - Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL NOEND MJ PROMPTS GENERATOR OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTIONS OF BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom Of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kingdom Of Bahrain. - Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and NoEnd MJ Prompts Generator with respect to the App and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. No amendment to this EULA shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. - Changes to the EULA : NoEnd MJ Prompts Generator reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time, at its sole discretion. If we make changes to this EULA, we will notify you by posting the updated EULA on this page or through the App. It is your responsibility to periodically review the EULA for updates. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the EULA constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
- Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this EULA unenforceable or invalid as a whole.
